Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects. In such cases, shipping fees will be automatically waived.
Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
To request a refund or exchange, please contact us via a message on our Facebook or Instagram pages. We’ll be happy to assist you and confirm the process.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

الاسترجاع متاح فقط في حالة وجود عيب صناعة في القطعة المستلمة، ويتم إعفاء العميل من مصاريف الشحن تلقائيًا في هذه الحالة.

الاستبدال متاح خلال ٤٨ ساعة من استلام الطلب، بشرط أن تكون القطعة في حالتها الأصلية، ولم يتم ارتداؤها أو غسلها.
